All goods are sold with complete manufacturers warranty.

This is a minimum of 12 months but can often be more for items such as monitors and televisions from major brand names.

We will act on your behalf wherever necessary to ensure your warranty rights are fully met.

Most major brand name product warranties are global i.e. you may avail yourself of warranty rights for your product anywhere in the world directly through the manufacturers local representative.

Extended warranties purchased with OzDirect designer computer systems (both on and off site) are national i.e. Australia wide.
