November 1st 2008 shipping surcharge | As of November 1st 2008 a $5.50 surcharge will be applied to most shipping. It will appear in all relevant shipping quotes as a handling fee. Unfortunately we cannot absorb increased fuel charges any longer and now that many suppliers are adding an extra handling fee to each processed order we must pass on the extra cost to the consumer. This surcharge will be reviewed at the end of November, however, our heavily discounted product prices continue to apply.

If your order is under 5kgs in weight and will fit in a satchel - the cheapest option is Australian Air Express at $15 Australia wide with next day* delivery to most areas.
Where orders are either too heavy or too large to fit in a satchel - we recommend Star Track for components or preipherals.
In our experience Toll IPEC is the most suitable for very sensitive items such as PC systems.
All domestic couriers are now insured for your peace of mind.
