To return goods to the manufacturer or distributor either under warranty or for credit you must apply for and be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Returns for credit involve a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase value and must be completed within 7 days of purchase so please choose carefully.
Goods returned for credit must be in perfect condition upon receipt at the manufacturer including all retail packaging and accessories
Please refer to the "listed for sale on a non-return basis" section of our Sale Terms and Conditions for an up to date of list of goods that cannot be returned for credit.
Shipping and administrative charges are completely non refundable. Any such charges incurred whilst processing a return, either for credit or warranty, will be passed on to the customer and must be paid in full before return of goods received or issuance of credit.
Please do not send any goods directly to Ozdirect as they will be rejected automatically or disposed of. All returns are done directly to the manfacturer or distributor from whence they came.
You will be notified of the correct address once your RA has been issued by the relevant manufacturer.
If you have a product to return either under warranty or or for credit please fill out Ozdirect's return authorisation (RA) form.
Please note: No items will be accepted without a valid RA clearly marked on the front of the packaging.
