Order Cancellations
Their is a $25 flat fee for cancelling your order within 7 days or receipt of payment.
(Further charges may be applicable if the warehouse has already started to process your order).
If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to cancellations@ozdirect.com with your order id in the subject line.
Further instructions will be sent to you via return email.
