Can I pick up my goods?No. Ozdirect ships directly out of the manufacturers distribution warehouse - we do not hold any stock locally.

How much is shipping going to cost me?To find out the shipping cost for an item click the "Shipping" button on the product information page (under the price).

How can I pay for my order?We offer direct deposit and credit card payment methods using Mastercard Visa and Diners Club. Credit card payments maybe subject to fax verification. This extra step is to minimise fraud and protects both the customer and the merchant.

Can I change my order?Yes but their is an administrative fee of $25 so please choose carefully. If you wish to change your order please send an email to amendments@ozdirect.com with your order id in the subject line.

Can I cancel my order?Yes but their is an administrative fee of $25 for cancelling orders within 7 days of receipt of payment. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to cancellations@ozdirect.com with your order id in the subject line.

What is the handling fee I sometimes see?Handling fees are applied to some domestic and all international orders - they cover extra costs incurred with these shipping methods. Any handling fees applied are clearly displayed when you select your shipping method.

I seem to have found an error in your product information?Please email webmaster@ozdirect.com if you find any errors on our web site - we will rectify all genuine errors as soon as we are able.

Can I negotiate a discount on a particular item?No we only offer volume discounts. If you have a genuine volume purchase request (minimum $10,000) please contact us.

I have received my order confirmation but I need a tax invoice - where can I get one?Go to your account history and select the order you need a tax invoice for, at the bottom of that page is a "Tax Invoice" button, click it and your tax invoice will be displayed.
