Stock QuantitiesStock quantities at the warehouse are updated daily in our database.
You can do a real time stock check for most products by hitting the "check stock" button next to the products image on the product information page.
The "Show in-stock only" check box on our product listings page will show only those products that are instock in our database.
If you uncheck this box you will get all our products listed including those that are on back order at the warehouse.
Back order items are awating stock replenishment. Where possible the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for these items is listed on the product information page and the check stock window. If no ETA is shown it means we do not have an ETA at this time. Please check the web site regularly until you see the item is in stock or an ETA has been provided.
You can order goods that are not in stock to ensure stock is allocated to you from future deliverys at the warehouse.
By OrderSome products are sold on a "by order" basis which means they are supplied to your order by the manufacturuer. Please allow an extra 3-10 days for these items to be dispatched.
