By Order ProductsProducts displayed as "by order" are supplied to your order by the manufacturuer. The current despatch date from our warehouse is shown on the product information page, it is typically 3-8 days from the time of placing your order on our website.

In Stock ProductsDisplayed stock quantities are synchronised with all our warehouses daily.
The "Show in-stock only" check box on our product listings page shows only those products that are currently instock. If you uncheck this box you will get all our products listed including those that are on back order at the warehouse.
Back Order ProductsBack order products are not currently in-stock but warehouse is expecting new stock delivery. You will be notified by email with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the back order products. If no ETA is shown it means we do not have an ETA at this time and are awaiting an update. Please check the web site regularly until you see the item is in stock or an ETA has been provided.
You can order goods that are not currently in stock in which case stock will be allocated to you from the next warehouse delivery.
Why has my order gone to back order when the products were in stock when I ordered?We use the same warehouses that supply all the major retailers in Australia. Stock fluctuates hourly. In the event of stock being exhausted before your order is picked by the warehouse, your order will be placed on back order and supplied from the next incoming batch. |
